JAMMU, January 30: The Home Department has released ADGP Vijay Kumar from Jammu and Kashmir to facilitate his new role within the Delhi section of the AGMUT Cadre. As a result, four additional IPS officers have been reassigned, with Bhim Sen Tuti appointed as the new Inspector General of Police (IGP) for the Jammu Zone.
