KATHUA, Feb 5: Rajiv Jasrotia, the BJP MLA representing the Jasrota Assembly constituency, asserted that his party is actively engaged in addressing public concerns regarding water supply, electricity, road infrastructure, and healthcare by promptly informing the relevant authorities.
While speaking at a public gathering at his home, Jasrotia mentioned the anticipated visit of the PHE Minister to the Jasrota constituency. He emphasized that the BJP has been conducting public outreach sessions, where they listen to the issues faced by citizens and elevate them with the appropriate officials.
“This initiative has garnered positive feedback, with residents from various areas visiting the party office seeking assistance. Our leaders are diligently interacting with the public, addressing their concerns, and offering support to help resolve their issues. The BJP’s commitment to connecting with the community and responding to their needs highlights our dedication to being a reliable and accountable party,” Jasrotia stated.
During the event, he urged the National Conference (NC) Government to honor its election pledges. He expressed that the BJP would apply pressure on the NC Government to fulfill its commitments and cater to the demands of the populace.
Jasrotia also convened a meeting with party workers to strategize for the forthcoming visit of PHE Minister Javed Ahmed Rana to the Jasrota constituency. This meeting aimed to ensure that the Minister’s visit effectively addresses local needs. “I am hopeful that the upcoming visit by the PHE Minister will resolve the longstanding water supply issues in the area,” the MLA concluded.
