NEW DELHI, Feb 4: The Sahitya Akademi, led by President Sri Madhav Kaushik, has announced the Sahitya Akademi Award 2024 in Dogri for ‘Ik Hor Ashwathama’ (Short Stories) by the late Chaman Arora.
This selection was made based on recommendations from a three-member Jury following established rules and procedures. The Jury reached a unanimous decision.
Below are the names of the Jury members responsible for the recommendation of the Sahitya Akademi Award 2024 in Dogri:

The Award will consist of a casket containing an engraved copper plaque and a monetary prize of Rs. 1,00,000/-. It will be presented to a family member or nominee of the awardee during a special event on 8 March 2025 in New Delhi.
