CHADOORA, Dec 4: The Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Tashi Rabstan, visited the Court Complex in Chadoora, Budgam today and officially inaugurated the Lawyers’ chambers. Justice Sindhu Sharma, a Judge of the High Court and the administrative Judge for District Budgam, also participated in the event virtually from Jammu.

The inauguration was attended by several dignitaries including Shahzad Azeem, Registrar General of the High Court, O.P. Bhaghat, Principal District & Sessions Judge Budgam, Yahya Firdous, Additional District & Sessions Judge Budgam, DC Budgam Akshay Labroo, SSP Budgam, Superintending Engineer R&B, SDM Chadoora, Executive Engineer R&B Budgam, and members of the Chadoora Bar Association along with a large number of local residents.
After the inauguration, the Chief Justice engaged in a discussion with the lawyers and the public, addressing their concerns and grievances. He provided immediate instructions to relevant officials for resolving these issues. Justice Tashi Rabstan set a one-week timeframe for the Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer of R&B Budgam to complete the construction of the courthouse and the access pathway.
Furthermore, the Chief Justice met with the judicial officers in Chadoora to hear their concerns, urging them to ensure timely justice for litigants and prioritize the resolution of pending cases.
