JAMMU, Feb 20: To improve the infrastructure of the Jammu Wing of the High Court and ensure swift justice for litigants, Chief Justice of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Justice Tashi Rabstan, inaugurated a newly built Court Room on the ground floor of the High Court Complex at Janipur, accompanied by fellow Judges.
The Chief Justice also opened the newly updated Lady Advocates’ Bar Room and Senior Advocates’ Bar Room, fulfilling a long-standing request from the High Court Bar Association.
Judges present included Justice Atul Sreedharan, Justice Sindhu Sharma, Justice Rajnesh Oswal, Justice Mohd. Akram Chowdhary, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal, and Justice Rajesh Sekhri. Additionally, notable attendees included Shahzad Azeem, Registrar General; M.K. Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice; Anoop Kumar Sharma, Registrar IT; Sandeep Kour, Registrar Judicial of the Jammu Wing; Meyank Gupta, Joint Registrar (Judicial/Protocol); Nimral Kotwal, President of the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu; several Senior Members of the Bar Association, along with other officials from the Registry.
