The Chief Secretary further urged stakeholders to onboard all health practitioners onto this platform to enhance the app’s utility for users. He also advised considering upgrades for the registration process of doctors and paramedics, especially for home support and teleconsultation services.
In terms of additional services, he requested the inclusion of information regarding high-end chemotherapy and dialysis services available in both the public and private sectors. He encouraged the addition of services like home drug delivery and activity calendars for various Medical Colleges and National Institutions to support medical students and practitioners.
The Chief Secretary also proposed the implementation of a payment gateway within the app so that users can easily complete their appointments or conduct diagnostic tests at medical facilities. He requested sending health alerts to users during emergencies or critical situations.
