Delegation of Drawing and Disbursing Powers to Legal Services Authorities

JAMMU, Dec 6: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has authorized drawing and disbursing powers to the Secretaries of 21 legal services offices, which include the High Court Legal Services Committee and various District Legal Services Authorities.
