Jammu, Jan 11: A delegation from the J&K Reserved Categories Empowerment Alliance, led by its Working President Prof. G.L. Thapa, met with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today. Following this, a public delegation from Kathua, spearheaded by social activist Arpan Sahil Verma, along with members of the Dogri and Kashmiri Language Union and the Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana in J&K, also visited the Lieutenant Governor.
