JAMMU, Dec 28: Today, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary inspected various departments, including Industries & Commerce, SICOP, JK Minerals, Geology Mining, and the Handicrafts Department. He also reviewed the operations of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Bikram Chowk, Jammu. During his visit, the Deputy Chief Minister conducted an in-depth evaluation of these departments and urged the officers to enhance their efforts to ensure the effective implementation of departmental schemes.
In discussions with officials, he emphasized the importance of accelerating various developmental initiatives undertaken by the government. He also called for improvements in the public service delivery mechanisms to prevent any inconvenience to the citizens. “We must be accessible to the public to achieve maximum outreach, ensuring that various government initiatives are properly implemented according to the needs of the community,” asserted the Deputy Chief Minister.
