Jammu, Jan 23: Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat conducted a thorough operational review in the strategically significant areas of Basantgarh. He was joined by Anand Jain, ADGP Jammu Zone; Rayees Mohammad Bhat, DIG UR Range; Amod Nagpure, SSP Udhampur, along with officers from the CRPF and Army.
During his visit, the DGP engaged with personnel stationed at Forward Operating Bases (FOB), praising their unwavering commitment to ensuring peace and security. He recognized the challenging conditions they work in and applauded their dedication and resilience. He encouraged them to actively confront existing threats while prioritizing the safety and welfare of the local community.
The DGP emphasized the significance of building trust and collaboration with the residents of Basantgarh. He instructed officers to bolster outreach initiatives, swiftly address public concerns, and collaborate with local stakeholders to cultivate a greater sense of safety and togetherness in the area.
