SRINAGAR, March 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Government’s Health and Medical Education Department has appointed Dr. Fazlul Qadir Parray, a Professor in the Department of General Surgery at SKIMS Soura, as the Principal of SKIMS Medical College/Hospital in Bemina, Srinagar. His appointment is on a tenure basis for a duration of two years.
