UDHAMPUR, January 5: Law enforcement officials apprehended a drug dealer in the Panchari region today and confiscated illegal substances from him.
According to reports, a police unit from Police Station Panchari, while on patrol duty along Kunti link road near Kainthgali, detained an individual named Sushil Kumar, son of Vishwa Nath, from Lower Meer, Panchari.
A detailed search resulted in the recovery of 102 grams of Marijuana and 98 grams of a cannabis-like substance.
In response, a case has been registered as FIR No. 02/2025 under applicable legal provisions at PS Panchari. The investigation is ongoing to determine the origin of the narcotics.
