NOWSHERA, Dec 24: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary held public grievance redressal camps at Dhanaka and Langer in Nowshera today to address local concerns and review the area’s development.
During the camps, he reaffirmed the government’s dedication to fostering overall development in both rural and urban settings. He assured residents that road connectivity would reach every village and ward, emphasizing that no area would be overlooked in the progress.
Choudhary also urged the public to avoid encroaching on roadways, pointing out the detrimental effects of such actions on infrastructure and public safety. He highlighted the necessity of community involvement in preserving public spaces.
Furthermore, he directed the officials present to develop MGNREGA plans only after engaging with local Gram Sabhas, stating, “Community participation is crucial for effective planning and execution of development initiatives. All MGNREGA projects should align with the community’s needs and aspirations.”
Choudhary expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic response from the public and assured them of ongoing administrative support. “Our government is committed to addressing developmental disparities and ensuring that the benefits of governance reach the grassroots,” he concluded.
The camps wrapped up with the Deputy Chief Minister encouraging public participation in governance and development efforts, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
