Government Delegates Divisional Commissioner Powers to Additional Commissioner in Jammu

JAMMU, Dec 12: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has authorized Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, JKAS, Additional Commissioner of Jammu, to exercise the powers of the Divisional Commissioner of Jammu under Section 6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996. This decision, which overrides earlier notifications, allows him to adjudicate and resolve particular cases referred by the Divisional Commissioner within the jurisdiction of Jammu Division.
