NEW DELHI, Feb 17: On Monday, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal engaged in discussions with US defense giant Lockheed Martin regarding the potential for aircraft manufacturing in India.
He convened a meeting with a delegation led by Michael Williamson, President of Lockheed Martin International.
“We explored avenues for aircraft manufacturing in India to further enhance the ‘Make in India’ initiative within the aerospace and defense sectors,” Goyal stated in a post on X. (PTI)
