JAMMU, Dec 3: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has officially entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of the ‘ACTIVA e:’ and ‘QC1’.
The introduction of the revered Activa brand in a completely electrified format alongside the QC1 is a significant move in HMSI’s dedication to promoting sustainable mobility in India.
Pre-orders will open on January 1, 2025, with deliveries expected to start in February 2025.
At the event, Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, remarked, “Today marks a crucial milestone as HMSI ventures into the electric mobility domain. The all-new ACTIVA e represents a significant leap into electric mobility, while preserving the brand’s iconic heritage. The innovative Honda QC1 offers a personal mobility solution characterized by fluid design and advanced engineering. Its elegant styling reflects sophistication, with smooth body lines gracefully flowing across its surface.
Featuring a streamlined design complete with LED headlights and tail lamps, along with clearly visible winkers, the new QC1 is set to make a statement on the road.
