NEW DELHI, Dec 27: According to Magicbricks, a leading real estate classifieds platform, nearly 80% of individuals looking for homes in Delhi prefer ready-to-move-in apartments.
“The demand for ready-to-move apartments was significant, with 79.43% of searches reflecting this preference. Among those seeking homes, 59% were interested in newly constructed properties, while 41% opted for resale options,” Magicbricks reported in a statement.
Notably, 37% of searches targeted homes near commercial zones, 34% focused on locations near industrial areas, and 28% leaned towards office hubs.
Moreover, 17.6% of searchers in Delhi were looking for properties with 4 or more bedrooms, while 82% limited their search to homes with up to four floors.
“Rental trends show a preference for convenience, with 41% of searches for fully furnished houses and 34.8% for semi-furnished ones. Parking facilities are also important, as 60% of individuals prefer one parking space, while 20% look for homes with more than three parking options,” the statement added.
