CHANDIGARH, Mar 7: A fighter jet from the Indian Air Force crashed on Friday in the Panchkula district of Haryana. Fortunately, the pilot managed to eject safely. According to a police official, the pilot skillfully navigated the aircraft to avoid populated areas on the ground, resulting in no injuries or fatalities reported among civilians. “The IAF aircraft went down in the hilly terrain of Panchkula district. The pilot ejected safely,” stated the SHO of Raipurrani in Panchkula during a phone interview with PTI. (Agencies)
