JAMMU, Jan 12: Following their promotions to Super Time Scale (Level 14 in the pay matrix) and Selection Grade (Level 13 in the pay matrix), the Jammu and Kashmir Government has officially restructured the roles of IAS officers Sarmad Hafeez and Mohammad Aijaz Assad. Sarmad Hafeez has been appointed as the Commissioner Secretary for the Youth Services and Sports (YSS) Department, while Mohammad Aijaz Assad has taken on the role of Secretary for the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department in Jammu and Kashmir.
