JAMMU, Feb 3: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, along with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, have strongly condemned the barbaric terrorist attack on a former soldier and his family in Kulgam district, South Kashmir, on Monday.
During the attack in Behibagh village, an ex-serviceman lost his life, while two women, including his wife and cousin, suffered gunshot wounds, as reported by officials.
The Lt. Governor expressed his outrage towards the incident and paid tribute to Manzoor Ahmad Wagay, who was martyred in this tragic event.
