JAMMU, Jan 1: In a remarkable achievement, Krishnay, a 9th-grade student from Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, has received the esteemed “Best Actor Female” award at the Film Youth Festival in Chandigarh. Her outstanding performance at the festival captivated the judges, marking a significant milestone in her emerging acting career.
The talented young actress has also been chosen to star in an upcoming film by the Institute of Moving Images (IMI), which is set to be released on major OTT platforms. This exciting opportunity will provide her with a global stage to display her acting talents and pursue her ambitions in the film industry.
Krishnay’s achievement is attributed to the dedicated mentorship of Arun Salaria, who oversees the Theatre Club at Jammu Sanskriti School. His expert guidance has played a crucial role in helping Krishnay refine her skills and attain this remarkable recognition.
Additionally, other students from the school, including Sanidhya, Paras, Srijan, Daksh, Japji, Krishnay, Akshar, Adhvik, and Sarangveer, also participated in the Film Youth Festival held in Chandigarh.
