Jammu, Jan 17: Ritu Mahajan, an entrepreneur from Jammu, has recently been awarded the title of Mrs. Asia Universal 2025 at the pageant held in Film City, Noida.
The event was organized by Dreamzproduction house.
Ritu was honored during a function on Friday, which featured former minister and senior BJP leader Priya Sethi as the special guest.
A talented and driven individual from Jammu, Ritu Mahajan has brought pride to Jammu and Kashmir by achieving the prestigious Mrs. Asia Universal title.
“This exceptional accomplishment showcases her dedication, hard work, and passion for fashion and social causes,” stated M K Gupta, her proud father-in-law, during the felicitation event.
Ritu’s daughter, Moubani Mahajan, was also in attendance.
“My journey towards success started when I claimed the title of Mrs. India North 2024,” she expressed, noting that in addition to her main title, she won Mrs. India Graceful Glamour 2024 and the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Award.
As the owner of ‘Ritu Creations’ boutique, Ritu is encouraged to expand her business into a larger-scale MSME, providing designer outfits throughout India. Her victory serves as an inspiration for young women in J&K to chase their dreams and establish a presence on the national stage, a family member mentioned.
Ritu envisions empowering women and advocating for social issues through her platform. She emphasizes the significance of women’s empowerment and aims to motivate others to contribute to positive societal change, she added.
“This is a moment of pride for Jammu and Kashmir, and her title reflects her talent, hard work, and commitment to making a difference,” her daughter remarked.
