Srinagar, January 12: On Sunday, Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Srinagar-based Chinar Corps, paid tribute by laying a wreath at the Chinar War Memorial in Badami Bagh Cantonment, Srinagar, in honor of the 110th Raising Day.
In a post shared on X, the Chinar Corps conveyed heartfelt wishes to all personnel, their families, veterans, and civilian staff on this significant occasion.
“Chinar Warriors pay tribute to the unwavering spirit and valor of our Bravehearts, honoring their supreme sacrifice for the Nation,” stated an Army post on X.
“The GOC of Chinar Corps, along with All Ranks, laid a wreath at the Chinar War Memorial, BB Cantt, Srinagar, to commemorate the 110th Raising Day. Today, we salute the Bravehearts who sacrificed their lives for our Nation. We honor their sacrifices, respect their bravery, and renew our commitment to serve with unyielding dedication,” another message from the Chinar Corps declared.
