JAMMU, Jan 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has made an administrative decision to assign Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) powers to Sofia Saini, the Accounts Officer of the Municipal Corporation Jammu, for the Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority (JMRDA).
