JAMMU, January 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has mandated that all employees register on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal, an essential part of the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building.
This initiative is designed to enhance skills and improve public service delivery through targeted development.
Despite prior notifications, a significant number of employees have not yet registered, leading authorities to prioritize this issue.
Departments are now required to ensure compliance, conduct complete competency assessments, and submit action reports to the General Administration Department.
