JAMMU, Feb 15: The General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir has designated Shabnam Kamili, a JKAS officer and the Administrative Secretary of the ARI & Trainings Department, as a member of the High-Level Committee that supervises the Departmental Promotion Committees.
