Jammu, January 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has established a high-level committee headed by Shantmanu, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) of the Higher Education Department, tasked with overseeing the operations of the Departmental Promotional Committees (DPCs) across the various departments within the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
