JAMMU, Mar 1: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has updated the territorial jurisdiction for Munsiff Courts located in Mahanpur, Billawar, and Basohli within Kathua District.
As per the new jurisdiction, the Munsiff Court in Billawar will manage the revenue boundaries of Tehsil Billawar, while the Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Court in Billawar will supervise the Tehsils of Ramkot and Lohai Malhar.
Likewise, the Munsiff Court in Mahanpur will now have authority over Tehsil Mahanpur, and the Court of Munsiff Basohli is designated to cover Tehsil Basohli.
