CHENNAI, Dec 1: Karur Vysya Bank, a privately-owned financial institution, has launched four new branches in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh as part of its growth strategy, according to a statement from the bank.
The newly opened branches include two in Chennai and one each in Vishakapatnam and Cuddapah in Andhra Pradesh, bringing the bank’s total branch network to 858.
As of September 30, 2024, Karur Vysya Bank reported a total business volume of Rs 1,76,138 crore. The bank boasts 2,200 ATMs and achieved its record net profit of Rs 1,605 crore in the previous financial year, the statement noted. (PTI)
