SRINAGAR, Jan 18: Today, KC Hyundai officially launched the highly awaited Hyundai CRETA Electric at an introductory price of Rs. 17,99,000. This new model promises to revolutionize the electric SUV market with its striking design, advanced technology, impressive performance, and comprehensive safety features.
The launch event was held at KC Hyundai, the premier Hyundai dealership in Jammu & Kashmir, and was attended by Akshay Jamwal, TSM-Hyundai Motor India Ltd, and Siddhant Chowdhary-Director of KC Hyundai, along with Raju Chowdhary-Chairman of KC Group and Sohail Khan-CEO of KC Hyundai. They were joined by Sheikh Ruhail, Shabeer Ahmad Barati, Asif Rashid, and a large audience of media representatives, bankers, dignitaries, valued customers, and staff members.
During the launch, Akshay Jamwal remarked, “The CRETA Electric signifies a pivotal moment in HMIL’s electrification initiative and showcases our dedication to the Government’s ‘Make in India’ vision, being our first indigenous EV SUV.”
Siddhant Chowdhary expressed confidence that the Hyundai CRETA Electric would establish new standards in the Indian EV sector, providing a much-needed boost for its expansion. “The Hyundai CRETA Electric features a bold and forward-thinking design that makes a strong modern statement on the roads,” he added.
In his comments, Sohail Khan noted, “The Hyundai CRETA Electric elevates comfort, style, and functionality in the EV SUV marketplace.”
The vehicle boasts a dual-tone Granite Gray with Dark Navy color scheme and tranquil ocean blue ambient lighting throughout the floating console, creating a luxurious in-cabin atmosphere that harmonizes with its striking exterior.
The charging system offers smart connectivity, allowing users to control it via the myHyundai app. With a fast DC charger, the Hyundai CRETA Electric can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes.
