JAMMU, Feb 23: The Jammu Kashmir Raj Bhawan today welcomed citizens from Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.
The assembly commemorated the foundation day of the two states, celebrated on February 20.
During his speech, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha honored the pioneering leaders and brave freedom fighters from Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.
“Such events allow us to recall our responsibilities towards society and our nation with utmost dedication. I trust that each of you will engage constructively for the advancement and well-being of this great nation,” he remarked.
“It has always been my aspiration that growth and opportunity be accessible to every individual and household in the country, ensuring no one is left behind as we progress together. Our collective efforts must focus on enhancing the economic status and empowerment of all community segments,” the Lieutenant Governor emphasized.
He also discussed the developmental journey of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram under the stewardship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Lieutenant Governor extended his warm wishes to the people of both states and expressed hopes for their swift development.
