Jammu, Feb 25: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has conveyed his warmest wishes to the public on the occasion of Mahashivratri, which is set to be celebrated tomorrow, February 26.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor stated, “On the blessed occasion of Mahashivratri, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to everyone, wishing them good health, happiness, and prosperity.
This sacred festival, known as ‘Herath’ among the Kashmiri Pandit community, provides us with an opportunity to recommit to a life centered on integrity, brotherhood, and compassion. It embodies devotion, divinity, and represents our internal journey towards higher states of consciousness.
I offer my prayers to Lord Shiva, asking Him to guide us along the righteous path and bless us all for years to come.”
