JAMMU, January 5: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has conveyed profound sorrow regarding the loss of lives resulting from an accident in the Sanyas area of Kishtwar.
In a message of condolence, he stated: “I am profoundly saddened by the tragic loss of life in the road accident occurring in Kishtwar. At this difficult time, my thoughts are with those mourning the loss of their loved ones.”
