JAMMU, Feb 28: On March 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, will address the Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) at the Assembly complex in Jammu.
MLAs are hereby instructed to uphold dignity and decorum throughout the LG’s address.
They must take their seats five minutes prior to the LG’s arrival and remain seated until his departure following the speech.
Additionally, they are reminded to listen with respect and to honor the seriousness of the occasion.
The National Anthem will be played upon the LG’s arrival on the dais and again at the end of the address.
