*Young Influencer Abhijeet Jasrotia Visits Sinha

JAMMU, Mar 4: Today, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha welcomed young influencer Baby Mahira Tondon from Jammu at Raj Bhawan. The Lieutenant Governor commended the 6-year-old Mahira for her outstanding successes in numerous dance and talent competitions and conveyed his best wishes for her future pursuits.
During the meeting, the Lieutenant Governor received a book titled “Doyens of Dogri Literature” from its author, veteran journalist O.P. Sharma. He praised the author for his significant contributions to the literary community, with the book celebrating prominent figures in Dogri literature and recognizing their crucial role in advancing the Dogri language.
Additionally, the Lieutenant Governor released another book titled ‘Jammu: A Land of Heritage and Legends, Volume-I’, authored by Ajay Khajuria, a Professor of Practice at MIET, Jammu. The Lieutenant Governor expressed his best wishes to Khajuria, highlighting the book’s insights into Jammu’s rich heritage, traditions, and architectural wonders.
The Lieutenant Governor also launched ‘Rishton Ke Bheege Akhbaar (Ghazal Sangrah)’ authored by Dr. Anila Singh Charak, congratulating her and wishing her success in her literary endeavors.
In a separate engagement, Dr. Abhijeet Jasrotia, BJP spokesperson, met with the Lieutenant Governor to express appreciation for his visionary leadership and people-focused policies. He underscored the significance of the Lieutenant Governor’s address to the J&K Legislative Assembly in establishing a strong foundation for the region’s economic revival and overall development.
Jasrotia also discussed various public interest topics, including the Urban Local Bodies and Panchayati Raj elections in J&K.
Er. Aijaz Hussain, a Member of the District Development Council Khanmoh and Haj Committee of India, also visited the Lieutenant Governor. Subsequently, Nazakat Choudhary, Brand Ambassador for the Swachh Bharat Mission J&K; Gurdeep Singh, BJP District President Poonch; and a delegation led by Choudhary Roshan Hussain, President of J&K BJP ST Morcha, met with the Lieutenant Governor.
