JAMMU, Dec 22: In a bid to secure development projects for his constituency, Satish Kumar Sharma, the MLA of Billawar, held discussions with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Jitendra Singh, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, in Delhi today.
During the meeting, Sharma presented a memorandum outlining essential development initiatives for his area.
His key requests included the widening of the Dhar-Udhampur Road, upgrading the Sub-District Hospital in Billawar, establishing a Primary Health Centre at Katli, creating a Trauma Centre at Ramkot, and building Sports Stadiums in Phinter and Ramkot.
Both the Defence Minister and the MoS PMO listened attentively to Sharma’s requests and assured him that the pertinent matters would be forwarded to the relevant authorities for further action.
