JAMMU, Mar 3: The Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department of the Government of India hosted an awareness program at the Association of Industries (AoI) Bhawan, Gangyal, Jammu designed to inform both new and existing industry owners/operators about various schemes and initiatives.
The objective of the program was to foster entrepreneurship, create employment opportunities, and stimulate economic growth in the region by providing insights into the benefits and opportunities available through MSME schemes.
Joint Director G. Velladurai, along with Assistant Director D. K. Tyagi from the MSME Department, detailed the essential features of these schemes.
Virendra Jain, President of AoI, Gangyal, expressed gratitude to the MSME Department for facilitating the awareness program and assured full cooperation from the Association in bridging communication between the department and entrepreneurs.
The event was well-attended by various industry representatives who engaged actively in the interactive session to address their queries regarding MSME schemes. Among the participants were Sandeep Ohri (Vice President), Sanjay Langar (General Secretary), Ajay Kumar Mahajan (Secretary), Jatinder Singh (Treasurer), along with a significant number of senior members from the Association.
