HYDERABAD, Feb 27: 1312 Interactive, a publishing house dedicated to personal computer and console games, announced its official launch on Thursday, aiming to discover and publish exceptional indie and AA games for audiences worldwide.
Founded by gaming veterans Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena, ‘1312 Interactive’ shared through a press release that it has successfully completed its pre-seed funding round, gaining the confidence of notable industry figures such as Akshat Rathee, Gautam Virk (Nodwin Gaming / Goodgame Investments), and Rajat Ojha (Gametronics), among others.
The company also revealed three upcoming titles planned for 2025: Winds of Arcana (Brewed Games), Palm Sugar: A Village Story (Mono Tusk Studios), and Souls of Bombarika (Street Lamp Games).
With the intent to roll out six to eight additional titles each year, the company is developing a solid publishing pipeline, which includes marketing, localization, and production support for game studios across India and internationally, as stated in the release.
In comments about their new endeavor, Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena expressed, “Our ambition is to showcase Indian games to a global audience while providing our studios with the necessary support to create world-class titles. Additionally, we are looking to collaborate with game developers in South East Asia, MENA, and South America.” (PTI)
