JAMMU, Jan 4: The J&K Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs has instructed all registered notaries to complete and submit their annual returns for 2024 in Form XIV, as stipulated under Rule 14 of the Notaries Rules, 1956.
According to a circular released by the Department of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, these returns must be submitted within the first week of January each year.
Notaries who fail to comply will have a grace period of seven days to submit their returns to [email protected]; failure to do so will result in appropriate action as per the rules.
