JAMMU, Jan 26: Officials reported on Sunday (January 26, 2025) that a Pakistani intruder was apprehended after crossing the Line of Control (LoC) into the Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The individual, identified as Mohammad Yasir Faiz, hails from Tetrinote village in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). He was detained by police in the Salotri border village around 11:30 pm on Saturday, according to the officials.
They noted that Faiz appeared to be mentally challenged and was subsequently taken to the local police station for further investigation.
