NEW DELHI, Feb 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day working visit to the United States starting February 12, where he will engage in discussions with President Donald Trump, as announced by the external affairs ministry on Friday.
During a press briefing, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri highlighted that Modi’s upcoming trip is expected to enhance and steer the bilateral relationship between India and the US.
Before heading to the US, Modi will be in France from February 10 to 12 to co-host the AI Action Summit alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.
Additionally, he will visit Cadarache, home to the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, a project in which India is a partner, Misri added. (Agencies)
