JAMMU, Feb 7: As part of a two-day nationwide Loan Expo initiative, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Circle Jammu, hosted a Home Loan Expo at SS Jain Sabha, Bahu Plaza. The event was designed to familiarize customers with the various home loan schemes and repayment options available through the Bank.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of JSK Range, Shiv Kumar Sharma, attended as the chief guest, alongside senior PNB executives, including Deputy General Manager Yatendra Kumar, Circle President Jammu Anil Kumar Sharma, and Deputy Circle President Jammu Dharmendra Diwedi, in addition to all branch managers from the Jammu Circle.
Attendees were able to gather information about various home loan options, with several stalls highlighting the Bank’s financial offerings. A special stall dedicated to the PM Surya Ghar Scheme was also present to promote awareness regarding financing for solar energy initiatives.
The event proved to be a success, yielding 70 home loan leads and 25 Surya Ghar leads, contributing to a total business volume of Rs 26 crore.
This initiative marks another step in PNB’s ongoing commitment to improving customer awareness and access to banking services, underlining its focus on financial inclusion and affordable housing.
