SRINAGAR, Dec 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Police have confiscated two vehicles belonging to a drug dealer, which were allegedly purchased using profits from illegal drug transactions in Srinagar.
On Thursday, Srinagar Police reported that they seized a Corolla and a BMW under case FIR No. 36/2024 u/s 8/21 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Chanapora from the suspect, Mudasir Ahmad Wani, who resides in Stadium Colony, Chanapora.
“The vehicles, obtained through unlawful activities linked to narcotics trafficking, were confiscated under the provisions of the NDPS Act,” said the police.
“The J&K Police reaffirms its dedication to combating the drug issue and dismantling the networks that support narcotics trafficking,” they added.
