Jammu, Jan 24: On Friday, officials reported that the Additional Director General of the BSF, Satish S. Khandare, conducted a review of the security situation and troop deployments along the International Border in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
During his visit, he engaged in discussions regarding operational matters with field commanders and interacted with the personnel on duty.
This visit by the BSF officer to border regions is significant as it precedes the nationwide Republic Day celebrations throughout the union territory.
