MUMBAI, Feb 20: Pune-based automation solutions provider ARAPL has announced that its subsidiary, ARAPL RaaS, has begun delivering autonomous electric vehicles (AEVs) to warehousing clients in the United States.
This strategic initiative allows the company to leverage the rapidly expanding USD 300-billion warehousing automation sector in the US, as stated by Affordable Robotic and Automation Ltd (ARAPL).
With an initial order book worth USD 4 million, ARAPL RaaS is well-positioned to secure a significant portion of this profitable market, with expectations that the US will contribute a considerable share of its revenue by the end of the current fiscal year.
The company noted that it is also actively pursuing opportunities in European markets, thereby strengthening its global presence.
“The US ranks among the top three warehousing automation markets and is the most competitive worldwide. Establishing our products in this region showcases our research and development, dependable technology, and our capability to deliver quality solutions efficiently,” commented Milind Padole, Managing Director at ARAPL.
As the only listed robotics and automation firm in the country, ARAPL provides a wide range of solutions for both domestic and international markets, including automotive project-based line development, automated multilevel car parking systems, and warehousing automation solutions.
“We are the only Indian company operating in this product sector through our focused efforts with ARAPL RaaS, our subsidiary. We anticipate that the US market will generate significant revenue for us by the end of this year,” added Milind.
A trailblazer in the creation of driverless electric forklifts and pallet jacks, ARAPL RaaS aims to transform automation while expanding its footprint in international markets, the company stated. (PTI)
