Sat Launches Building Material Exhibition

JAMMU, Jan 3: The President of BJP J&K, Sat Sharma, inaugurated the largest Building Material Exhibition (BME 25) today.

During the opening ceremony, Sat Sharma praised the efforts of the Architects team from the IIA and others who worked diligently to ensure the success of this event.
Vikas Dubey, Chairman of the IIA J&K Chapter, delivered the welcome address.
“This initiative by the Indian Institute of Architects, J&K Chapter, aims to transform the Construction Industry and make it accessible to everyone involved in the sector. The exhibition showcases the latest building materials from across the country, essential for every stage of construction from foundation to finishing,” he stated.
The IIA J&K Chapter has been instrumental in promoting the architectural profession in the Union Territory by uniting architects and businesses linked to the construction sector.
They have organized various activities such as Building Material Exhibitions, Symposiums, and Conferences to raise awareness about the profession among the general public.
The exhibition features a total of 70 stalls showcasing a wide array of products, with Mitsubishi air conditioner serving as the main sponsor.
The occasion was attended by the IIA J&K Chapter team, including Vikas Dubey, Chairman, Vishal Abrol as Vice Chairman, Anil Verma, Harbinder Pal Singh, and Sanjeev Mahajan.
