JAMMU, Feb 4: Ravindra Kumar Gupta, the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of the State Bank of India (SBI) for J&K and Ladakh, held a meeting today with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. The discussion concentrated on the bank’s efforts to enhance financial infrastructure and stimulate growth across the regions.
The meeting, which took place at the Chief Minister’s office in Jammu, aimed at aligning SBI’s strategies with the government’s developmental objectives to promote economic advancement and support various community segments.
Gupta reaffirmed SBI’s dedication to collaborating with government bodies to facilitate seamless credit access for individuals ranging from small-scale farmers to large businesses.
Additionally, he provided updates on SBI’s branch network and its accomplishments in the region, highlighting the necessity of strengthening the partnership between the bank and the government.
