JAMMU, Jan 17: A joint operation has been initiated by the Special Forces of the Indian Army, in conjunction with the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), in the Billawar region of the Kathua district in Jammu. This operation was triggered by intelligence reports indicating the potential presence of militants in the higher elevations of the area. Security forces have now established a perimeter around the area and are conducting thorough searches to apprehend the suspects. Local residents have been urged to stay indoors and assist the authorities. Additional security personnel have been deployed to aid in tracking down the militants.
