SRINAGAR, February 23: Residents in Kupwara experienced tremors following a 3.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, according to officials.
The tremors were recorded at 8:47 PM and lasted for several seconds.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake’s epicenter was pinpointed at a latitude of 34.28 degrees north and a longitude of 74.00 degrees east, with a depth of 10 kilometers in Kupwara.
Officials stated that there were no reports of casualties or property damage. (AGENCIES)
