JAMMU, Feb 17: Recently, the Jammu and Kashmir Government executed an administrative reshuffle, moving Talat Parvez Rohella from his role as Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K, to the position of Secretary to the Government in the Planning Department, where he will also take on the additional responsibilities for Development and Monitoring.
